1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mark's Truck & Tractor Repair provides repair and maintenance services for:

• Trucks and commercial vehicles
• Tractors and agricultural equipment
• Heavy-duty vehicles and machinery
• Diagnostic and repair services

All services are provided at our discretion and may be refused for any reason, including safety concerns or incomplete information.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is safe to work on
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle
• Provide proper identification when requested
• Follow all instructions from our technicians
• Pay for services as agreed upon

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided as a good faith approximation. Final pricing may vary based on actual time, parts, and materials required. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if additional work is needed or if the scope of work changes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Major credit cards
• Checks (with proper identification)
• Electronic payments

A 1.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Past due accounts may be subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR).

6. Lien Rights

We reserve a mechanic's lien on all vehicles and property left in our care until full payment is received. Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees and/or disposal procedures as permitted by law.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide limited warranties on parts and labor as follows:

• Parts: 12-month/12,000-mile warranty (manufacturer's warranty where applicable)
• Installation: 90-day warranty on workmanship
• Diagnostic fees: Non-refundable unless initial diagnosis was incorrect

Warranties are void if the customer or another party performs work on the repaired system.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Vehicle downtime or rental costs
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed
• Normal wear and tear

9. Safety and Compliance

Customers must comply with all safety regulations and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety cannot be maintained. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet all legal requirements.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for informational purposes and to contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website functionality
• Upload malicious content
• Misrepresent your identity

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are our property or used with authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written authorization.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mark's Truck & Tractor Repair, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or website, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
